Section 1: Short title, commencement and application

(1) These regulations may be called tlic State Commission, Union Territory, Chandigarh Group A’ Service Regulations, 2004.

u (2J They shall come into force at once.

(3) They shall apply to the Group A’ post i.e. the post of Secretary in the State Commission, Union Territory, Chandigarh.
