Section 20: Levy of fines, adjudication, and sale of confiscations.

Tobacco Duty (Town of Bombay) Act, 1857Central Act · Act 4 of 1857

All confiscations and fines under this Act may be adjudicate and levied by any Magistrate of Police for the Town of Bombay. Goods adjudged liable to confiscation shall be sold under warrant of the Magistrate.
