(1) Every notice under these rules shall be given or presented,
(a) by giving or tendering the notice to the Chief Executive Officer or his authorised servant of the Board;
(b) by registered post with acknowledgement due addressed to the Chief Executive Officer.
(2) A notice to the Chief Executive Officer or his authorised servant of the Board shall be given, or tendered with due acknowledgement in such form as may be specified by the Chief Executive Officer.
