Where an agricultural worker is required by the land owner to work for more than the number of houts of work fixed or deemed to have been fixed under sub-section (2) of Section 11 he shall be entitled im respect of each hour of such over-time work to wages at the rate of twice his ordinary rate of wages for one hour 5
