Section 16: Instruments of declaration etc. compulsorily registrable

(1) All instruments relating to the declaration or any amendment thereto referred to in Section 12 or the withdrawal or a property from the provisions of this Act referred to in Section 15 or the instrument referred to in sub-section (3) of Section 5 shall be deemed to be instruments compulsorily registrable within the meaning of Cl. (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 17 of the Registration Act, 1908 (16 of 1908).

(2) The withdrawal provided for in Section 15 shall in no way bar the subsequent re-submission of the property to the provisions of this Act.
