Section 25: Removal of doubts

The Tripura Apartment Ownership Act,1986State Act of Tripura · Act 1 of 1989

For the removal of doubts it is hereby, declared that the provisions of Section 4 of the Transfer of Property Act, 1882 shall, in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act, apply to every apartment together with its undivided interest in the common areas and facilities as those provisions apply in relation to any other immovable property.
