Section 48: Costs in appeals

The Tripura Boilers Rules, 1983State Rules of Tripura · 1923

In appeals before the appellate authority, the Appellate Authority shall decide the costs and recover the same from the appellant in any case in which the appeal is dismissed. In all cases of appeals in which a local inspection is required by the appellant, he shall deposit in advance the full costs of such inspection.
