lf, at any time permission to erect any masonry or framed building has been given and the ULB is satisfied that such sanction, was granted in consequence of any material misrepresentation or fraudulent statement contained in the application or in the plans, elevations, sections or specifications submitted therewith in respect of such building the ULB may cancel such permission, and any work done there under shall be deemed to have been done without sanction.
