Section 27: Retention of plan and submission of fresh applications

Tripura Building Rules — 2017State Rules of Tripura · 1994

When sanction to erect a new building (other than a hut) is refused,

(a) the Mayor/Chairperson of the Local Body will retain two copies of plan and shall without charge, furnish applicant with its reason for such refusal in writing; and

(b) the applicant may, at any time thereafter, send to Mayor/Chairperson of the Local Body a fresh application and fresh or modified documents under these rules with the object of meeting the objections for which such sanction was refused.
