Section 35: Signing of order

The Tripura Employees Insurance Court Rules, 2008State Rules of Tripura · 1948

The final order shall be dated and signed on open court at the time of proceeding it and, when once signed, shall not aftenvards be altered or added to, save in the casc of clerical or arithmetical mistake arising from any accidental slip or onrission.
