Section 43: Communication of fact of execution or otherwise

The Tripura Employees Insurance Court Rules, 2008State Rules of Tripura · 1948

The Civil Court to which a decree is sent for execution shall certifo to the Court which passed it the fact of such execution or where that Court fails to execute the same and the circumstances attending such failure.

NOTES.

This ruIe has been made as provided in clause ( c) of section-96 of the Act.
