Section 3: ESTABLISHMENT OF INSURANCE DISPENSARIES

The Tripura Employee's State Insurance (Medical Benefits) Rules, 2008State Rules of Tripura · 1948

The State Government shall establish one or more State insurance dispensaries for the Medical treatment of insured persons at any place where there is a concentration of not Jess than two thousand persons.

Provided that the Medical · Practitioner In-charge of the dispensary may be a part time Insurance Medical Officer so long as the concentration of insured persons is less than two thousand.
