The State Government may also establish separate hospital or other medical instttution for the examinatiOn and treatment of insured persons or may reserve, on such scales and tem1s may be agreed upon ---- 4 between the Corporation and the State Government from time to time, separate beds for the exclusive use of insured persons in the hospital or other medical institution under this control or under the control of a local body, private institution or individual.
