Section 9: FAILURE TO INDICATE DISPENSARY

The Tripura Employee's State Insurance (Medical Benefits) Rules, 2008State Rules of Tripura · 1948

( 1) An insured person who does not indicate the dispensary to which he desires to be allotted shall be allotted to such dispensary as State Government may consider suitable.

(2) Intimation of the dispensary or instirution to which an insured person is allotted or re-allotted whether under sub-rule( I) or Lmder the rule-8 as the case may be, shall be made to the insured person by the State Government.
