Section 11

The Tripura Entertainment Tax Act, 1997State Act of Tripura · Act 4 of 1997

(2) Amount of tax payable under section 4 shall be paid in the manner prescribed by the State Government.

Licence shall be given for a period of one year.

Provided that if the Commissioner is satisfied he may give licence for any period shorter than one year.
