Section 1: Short Title, Commencement and Extent

The Tripura Industrial Dispute Rules 1981State Rules of Tripura · 1947

(1) These Rules may be called the Tripura Industrial Disputes Rules, 1981.

(2) They shall come into force on and from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

(3) They extend to the whole of the State of Tripura and shall also apply in relation to all industrial disputes concerning any industry, business and undertaking carried on by or under the authority of the State Government.
