Section 30: Fees for copies of awards or other documents of Labour Court or Tribunal

(1) Fees for making a copy of an award or an order of a Labour Court or Tribunal or any document filed in any proceeding before a Labour Court or Tribunal be charged as follows:- ~ 8 ~

(a) for the first 200 words or less 0.75 paise:

(b) for every additional 100 words or fraction thereof 0.37 paise.

Provided that where an award or order or document succeeds five pages, the approximate number of words per page shall be taken as the basis for calculating the total number of words to the nearest hundred, for the purpose of assessing the copying fee,

(2) For certifying a copy of any such award or order or document, a fee of Re. 1/- (Rupee one) only shall be pay able.

(3) Copying and certifying fees shall be payable in cash in advance.

(4) Where a party applies for immediate delivery of a copy of any such award or order or document, an additional fee equal to one-half of the fee leviable under this rule shall be
