Section 4: Seco ndary Standards

The Tripura Legal Metrology (Enforcement) Rules, 2011State Rules of Tripura · 2010

(1) Every Secondary Standards shall be verified at any of the Reference Standards Laboratories, in such manner and at such periodical intervals as may be prescribed under the rules and shall, if found on such verification to conform to the standards established by or under the Act, be stamped by Reference Standards Laboratory or a certificate of verification will be issued by that laboratory.

(2) The Secondary Standards shall be kept at such place, and in such custody as the Controller may direct.
