- Section 5 The University shall have the following powers, namely
- Section 7 Vire following shiall be the officers of the University
- Section 18 The following shall be the authorities of the University
- Section 19 The Senate shall consist of the following categories of ex-officio members and clected members
- Section 20 The Senate shall be an adyisory body and subject to the provisions of this Act, it shall have the following powers and functions, namely
- Section 22 (i) The Syndicate shall consist of the following members
- Section 23 Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Syndicate shall exercise the following powers and perform the following functions
- Section 47 Subject to the provisions of this Act, statutes may be made to provide for all or any of the following matters
- Section 49 Subject to the provisions of this Act and the Statutes, Ordinances may be made to provide for all or any of the following matters
- Section 51 Subject to the provisions of this Act and Statutes and the Ordinances, Regulations may be made to previde for all or any of the following matters
