(I) A Town Vending Committee shall ordinaiily !told at least one meeting within a pedod fof three months or at any such intervals as the Chairperson of the Town \tending Co1. 1mittee n1ay decide for the transaction of its business:

Provided farther that a requisition meeting may be called by the Chairperson on a specific issue on the request of not less than one-third of the members of the ·committee, and the meeting shall be convened ,vi thin seve.nty�t\VO houni after receiving, the request so 1nade.
(2) The meetings of a Town Vending Commillee shall be held at. the headqua11ers oft.he local auth01ity or at such place \Vithin the ju1is<liction of the local aulhority as tnay be decided by the Chairperson.
(3) r\ notice shall be issued before seven days of a scheduled 1neeling 1o all lhc 1ne1nbers of the ·ra\Vn \lending Co1nn1it1ee, along-with the agenda of the meeting.
(4) The quorum for the meeting shall be two-tltird members of the total strength of the Town Vending (�-o,nmillee.

(5) No meeting shall be held in the absence of the quonun and where there is no quorum, the meeting shall be ac(joumed.
