Section 25: Town Vending Committee to furnish returns

Tripura Maharashtra Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) (Maharashtra) Rules, 2016Central Rules · 2014

(I) Evety Town Vending committee shall prepare and fumish to the Govetnrnent and local autboli ty periodical retums for each year with details as required in Fonn 'D1 .

(2) The Government or the local autholity, as the case may be, may require a Town Vending Committee to furnish such other retum or retnrns in such proforma as demanded from time to time.
