Section 7: Term of members of Town Vending Committee

Tripura Maharashtra Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) (Maharashtra) Rules, 2016Central Rules · 2014

(!) TI1e te1m of the members of the Town Vending Committee, other than the ·Government officials who shall be members in ex-officio capacity, shall be five years from the date of their election or nomination, as the case may be.

(2) The process of electing or nominating, as the case may be, of the members shall be completed before the expiry of their te1m.
