Weekly day of rest-1(() Subject to the provisions or this rule, an employee in a scheduled employment tn respect of which mtnimum rates of wage> have been fixed under tbe Act. shall be allowed a day of rest every week (hereinafte r referred to as 'the re>t day') \\hich ,hall ordi narily be Sunday but tbe employer may lix ony other day of the week as the rest day for any employee or class of employee in that scheduled employment :
