21. Maximum area for which mining lease may be Aes No person shall dcquite in the State intespect of any minor mineral ohe of more mining leases covering a total area of more than 100 Hectares.
Provided that if thé State Government is of the opinion that in the interest of mineral development it is necessary so to do, 'it may- for reasons to be recorded, permit any person to acquire one or more mining leases covering an area "excess of the aforesaid maximum area. -
22. Boundaries below the surface:
