(1) The State Government may, if i t considers necessary so to do, Constitution constiute a Joint Committee for more than one Municipality, or for one or of Joint more Municipalities with other local authority or local authorities for any Committee.

( 2 ) The Joint Committee shall consist of the following members, na~nel y : - ( i ) two nominees of each constituent Municipality or other local authority ;

(ii) one nominee of each of the concerned departments of the State Government or of the concerned local authorities ; and

(iii) such expert or experts as the State Governnlent inay nominate.

(3) The procedure or transaction of business by a Joint Committee shall be such as may be prescribed.
