Section 48

Tripura Municipal Act_1994State Act of Tripura · Act 7 of 1994

(1) A Municipal Corporation shall, at its first meeting in each year Municipal or as soon as may be at any meeting subsequnt thereto, constitute a Municipal AccOun s Committee Accounts Committee. of the Municipal Corporation.

(2) The composition, powers, functions and the procedure of transacting business of Municipal Accounts Committee shall be such as may be prescribed.
