Tripura Municipal Act_1994State Act of Tripura · Act 7 of 1994

(1) The power to create or to abolish any post or class of post of Creation, officers and employees in Municipality shall vest in the State Government. and Recruitment.

( 2 ) Recruitment to the post of officers and employees shall be made through such method as may be notified by the State Government from time to time.
