Section 50

Tripura Panchayat Act,1993.State Act of Tripura · Act 7 of 1993

(1) For every Gram Panchayat there shall be [one or more]1 Panchayat Secretaries appointed by the State Government.

[(2)]1 Subject to such rules and conditions as may be prescribed, the Panchayat Secretaries shall act in all matters under the control of the Pradhan through whom they shall be responsible to the Gram Panchayat.
