Tripura Panchayat Act,1993.State Act of Tripura · Act 7 of 1993

(1) Subject to such restrictions or conditions as the State Government may think fit and proper, all properties of the nature specified below and situated within the local limits of a Gram Panchayat shall vest in and belong to the Gram Panchayat concerned and shall be under its directions, management and control and shall be held and applied for the purpose of this Act--------
