The Tripura Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Taxation Rules, 1998.State Rules of Tripura · 1997

(1) The notice under sub-section (6) and (7) of section 5 shall be in Form X and the notice under sub-section (3) of section 6 shall be in Form XI.

(2) The notice of assessment under sub-section (2) or sub-section (4) of section 7 shall be in Form XII and the notice of demand under sub-section (5) of section 7 and for other demands, including the penity imposed under the Act shall be in Form XIII.
