The Tripura Public Demand Recovery Rules, 2001State Rules of Tripura · 2000

(1). These rules may be called the Tripura Public Demand Recovery Rules, 2001.

(2). They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official gazette.

2. In these rules, unless there is repugnance in the subject or context:

(a). 'Act' means the Fnpura PUblic Demand Recovery Act,

2000. ) 2 Tripura Gazette, Extraordinary Issue, August 24,2001 A. D.

(b). 'Competent Aut'1,::>rity'shall have the same meaning assigned to it as in the-Act.

(c). 'Fonn' means any of the fonns given in Schedule-I, or a translation thereof in the Bengali I Kok Borok language published under the authority of the State Government.

(d). 'Schedule' means Schedule-I and any other schedule to be incorporated into these rules.

(e). 'Section' means all or any of the sections in the Act.
