(1) There shall be credited to the State Fund for persons with disabilities hereinafter referred to as 'the State Fund’:-
(a) all sums received by way of grant, gifts, donations, benefacttons, bequests or transfers
(b) all sums received from the State Government including grants-in-aid; and
(c) all sums from such other sources as may be decided by the State Government.

(b) two representatives from the Department of Health and Family Welfare Department of Education. Department of Labour and Employment.
epartment of Finance, Department of Rural Development in the State Government, not below the rank of a Joint Secretary, by rotation in alphabetical orders - Members;
(c) two persons representing different types of disabilities to be nominated by the State Government, by ro:ation - Members;
(d) Director in the Directorate dealing with Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities in the State Government - Convener and Chief Executive Officer.
(3) The governing body shall meet as often as necessary, but at least once in every financial year.
(4) The nominated members shall hold office for not more than three years.
(5) No member of the governing body shall be a beneficiary of the Fund during the period such Member holds office.
(6) The nominated non-official members shall be eligible for oayment of travelling aHowance and dearness allowance as admissible to a Group 'A officer of the State Government for attending the meeting of the governing body.
(7) No person shall be nominated under clause (b) and (c) of sub-rule 2 as a member of the governing body if he -
(a) is. or has been, convicted of an offence, which in the opinion of tne State Government, involves moral turpitude; or
(b) is, or at any time has been, adjudicated as an insolvent.
