The Tripura Security Act 1980State Act of Tripura · Act 9 of 1980

(2) No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against Government for any damage caused or likely io be caused by anythine’which is or is deemed to have been in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any order made or Geemed to have been made thereunder.
