NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by section l68,4 of the Tripura State Goods andServices Tax Act, zolT (Tripurra Act No. g of zorT), the Governrnent, on therecommendations of the Council, hereby rnakes the follow'ing further amendrnenr in thenotification of the Govenunent of Tripura in the Finance Deparrment, No.F..l -l l(9 l)-TAX/GST/2g2Q(ParI-IV), dated the 21" May, 2o2o, published in the Tripura Gazetre,Extraordinary Issue, vide nurntrer | 23o, dated the 2l', May, 2o2o, narnely:_ In the said notification, in the f-trst paragraph, in clause (i), the following proviso shallbe inserted. namelv: - "Provided that rvhere. any time linrit for completion or compliance of any action, byany authority. has been specified in. or prcscribed or notified undersection 171 ol-thesaid Act. *'hich falls durring the period from the 2ott'day of March, 2O2o to the 29rhday of November' 2O2o, and rvl-rere cornpletion or compliance of such action has not been made within such time, then, the time lirrit for completion or cornpliance of suchaction, shall be extended upto the 3oth day of Novernber.2o2o.,'.

NOTIFICATION t In exercise of‘ the powers conferred by section 168A of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tripura Act No. 9 of 2017), the Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notiiication of the Government of" Tripura in the Finance Department, No.F.l-ll(91)- TAX/GST/2020(Part-IV), dated the 21*“ May, 2020, published in the Tripura Gazette, Extraordinary Issue, vide number I230, dated the 2 I S‘ May, 2020', namely:- .
ln the said notification, in the first paragraph, in clause (i), the following proviso shall be inserted. namely: - “Provided that where, any time limit for completion or compliance of any action, by any authorit)/,_has been specified in, or prescribed or notified under section 121 of the said Act, which falls during the period from the 20"‘ day of March, 2020 to the 29"“ day of November, 2020, and where completion or compliance of such action has not been made within such time, then, the time limit for completion or compliance of such action, shall be extended upto the 30"“ day of November. 2020.”.
