Section 20: Power to call for Records and Inspection

The Tripura Sports ( Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Association) Act, 2018State Act of Tripura · Act 7 of 2018

(1) The Registrar, the Tripura Sports Council or the Tripura Sports Directorate may call for any record of a Sports Association required for an enquiry under this Act.

(2) The State Level Sports Association may call for any record of an affiliated District Level Sports Association required for an enquiry under this Act.
