Section 21: R egistration to be cancelled in certain cases

The registration granted to a person is liable to be cancelled. iftbe said person.-

(a) does not conduct any business from she declared place of business; or 10 Tripura Gazette, Extraordinary Issue, June 22, 2017 A. D.

(b) issues invoice or biU '-Vithout supply of goods or services in violation of the provisions ofthis Act, or the rules made thereunder.
