37. PETTY CASH AND DEPDSIT OF SURPLJS MONEY:
1) Petty cash required for meeting current expenditure of the Board be In the custody of the Executive Officer or any other Officer of the Board authorised by the Executive Officer in writing ~ in this behalf. The amountof such petty cash shalt be as determined by the Board from time to time. :
2) The Board may advance, an irnprest sum not exceeding RS.5001-to an officer of the Board for incurring petty expenditure within the powers delegated to him. Such officer shall be'Hable to accountfor such an advance and maintain proper account in the formspe'cif,edin this behalf by the Board.

1.. 1) '. These rules may be_called.the Tripura. Khadi and Village Industries B.qard (Second- Amendment) Rules, 1974.

2. In the second provise to rule 3 of the Tripura Khadi and Village Industries Board Rules, 1967, for the words 'six months" the words "seven months" shall be substituted!
