( 1 ) o rdinar ily, t~o week s n o tic e sha ll b e given to the men1bers of the board o f a proposed m eeting.

Provided tha t the chairpe r son if h e is satisfied that it is expedient so to do, may give notice of lo n ger per iod n ot exceeding one mont h for such n1eeting.

(2) .:--Io business except which is included in the list of business for a ITI(;Cting of the Board shall be con sidered at the meeting without the permission of the Chairperson.

(3) The Chairperson may at any time call a spec ial meeting of the Board in case of urgency. after mforming the 1nernbers in advance about the subject-matter of discussion and the reasons of urgency.

- 3 / I L Quorum: ( 1) No business shall be transacted at any meeting of the Board unless at least six .' members are present in that meeting which s h all include at least one Member ofTripura Legislative Assembly.

Provided that if at a meeting less than six men'lbers are present the C hairperson may adjoumed the m eeting to another date informing the n1embers present and giving notice to the other members that the proposes to dispose of the business at the adjourned meeting whether there is prescribed quorum or not, and it s hall thereupon be lawful for him to dispose of the business at the adjourned meeting irres pective of number of m embers attending.

(2) The State Government may debar any member oth er than ex­ officio members from taking part in the m.ecting of the Board if -

(a) He absents himself fron1 three consecutive meetings of the Board without written information to and consent of the Chairperson or

(b) In the view of the State Government such rncmber has ceased to represent the interes t which he purpose to represent on the Board.

12. Manner of making application for registration of Unorganized worker - ( 1 ) The application referred to in sub-section (2) of section 10 of the Act s hall be made in Forrn-L to the District Adn'linistration.
