(a) " Act" means the unorgani zed Workers· Social Security Act, 2008 (33 o12008).
(b) ••Boa rd" means the Tl"ipura Stat e Social Security Board con~tituted under Section- 6 of the A c t .
(c) ''C hairperson •· means the C hairpe rso n ofth c B oard .
(d) " M e mbe r s" n,eans a member of t h e Board .
(e) " Section" means a s ection of the Act.
