Section 23: Election Disputes

Tripura Veterinary Council Rules 2000State Rules of Tripura · 1984

A complaint may be lodged in case of any dispute regarding the election to the Returning Officer witbin fifteen days of declaration of the results.

The Returning Officer shall refer the complaint to the Government for its decision under section 37 of the Act. The decision of the State Government on the complaint shall be final. .
