For the purpose of electing the members of the Slate Veterinary Council under Clause (a) of Sub-section (f) of section 32, Government shall, by a notification published in its official Gazette, call opon the persons enrolled in the Registe r maintained under chapter VII of the Act. to elect the said members in accordance with the provisions of these rules.
