Section 21: Special provisions for the Chairman of the District Authority

The Union Territory of Puducherry Legal Services Authority Rules, 1998Union territory Rules of Puducherry · 1987

(1) The Chairman of the District Authority shall be entitled to an honorarium of a sum of +[Rs. 750 (Rupees seven hundred fifty only) per month with effect from 01.04.2012].

(2) The ceiling for the petrol consumption for the use of the official car by the Chairman of the District Authority for the work connected with the said authority shall be as admissible to the District Judges per month.
