Section 22: Travel on official tours, transfer etc

The Unique Identification Authority of India (Salary, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Employees) Regulations, 2020Central Regulations · 2016

(1) An employee of the Authority shall be liable to proceed on tour for official duty to any place within India or abroad as and when so required by the Authority for which he may be paid Travelling Allowance, Daily Allowance and such other allowances as admissible to the employees of the Central Government of corresponding grade.

(2) For the purpose of regulating the claims of the employees of the Authority related to travel on official tours including foreign tours, transfer etc., the provisions of the rules applicable to the central government employees of the corresponding grade and orders thereunder, shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to the employees of the Authority.
