Section 37: Employment of family members in companies or firms having dealings with the Authority

The Unique Identification Authority of India (Salary, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Employees) Regulations, 2020Central Regulations · 2016

(1) No employee shall use his position or influence directly or indirectly to secure employment in a company or a firm having dealings with the Authority, of any person related, whether by blood or marriage to the employee or to the employee's wife or husband, whether such a person is dependent on the employee or not.

(2) Every employee shall report to the Competent Authority in case his son or daughter or any other member of his family accepts employment, in any company or firm having dealings with the Authority, with which he has official dealings or in any undertaking having official dealings with the Authority.
