Section 13: Record of Business

The Unique Identification Authority of India (Transaction of Business at Meetings of the Authority) Regulations, 2016Central Regulations · 2016

(1) The Chief Executive Officer shall attend the meetings of the Authority, maintain the record of proceedings of all items of the business transacted there at.

(2) Every decision and direction of the Authority shall be recorded in writing and be kept as a record.
