E v e r y notice re fe r red t o in sub ­ section (2) of Section 4 Khali be served on the affected association in such m a n n e r • s the T r i b u n a l may th ink fit and all or any of t h e following modes may be follow­ ed by t h e T r i b u n a l in effecting service of such notice, namely :— ( a ) b y affixing a copy of t h e not ice to some conspicuous p a r t o£ i h e office, if any, of the associat ion; or (b ) b y se rv ing a copy of t h e not ice, w h e r e possible, on t h e pr inc ipa l office bea re r s , if any, of t h e association, by regis tered post or o the rwise ; or

(c) b y p roc la iming by bea t of d r u m or b y means of l oudspeake r s the con­ t en t s of the notification In t h e a rea In which the act ivi t ies of the association a r e o rd inar i ly carr ied on.
