Section 8: Tribunal to have tt Registrar

The Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Rules, 1968 (English)Central Rules · 1967

(1) The T r i b u n a l shall have a Reg i s t r a r who shal l b e e i the r a w h o l e - t i m e or p a r t - t i m e officer of t h e G o v e r n m e n t .

(2) T h e R e g i s t r a r sha l l h a v e t h e custody of the seal a n d t h e r ecords of the T r i b u n a l a n d shal l exerc ise such oiher iumct ions as may be assigned to h im by the T r i b u n a l .

9. Referevr.e to the Tribunal to be addressed to the Refilstrar—Everv reference made to the Tribunal under section 4 shall be addressed and sent to the.
