19.. (a) Gram Nyayalaya shall initially endeavour to bring an amicable settlement between the parties:

(c) If the parties arrive at a settlement before tJ:e conciliator relating to the suit, claim or dispute or any part thereof, such settlement shall be reduced to writing signed by both the parties and countersigned by the conciliator.
