Section 4: Kar Nirdharan Adhikari

The Uttar Pradesh Area Panchayat and District Panchayat (Removal of Chiefs, Deputy Chiefs, Chairpersons and Vice-Chairpersons) Inquiry Rule…State Rules of Uttar Pradesh · 1961

For the purposes of these rules where there is a Karya Adhikari in a Zila Panchayat he shall act as the Kar Nirdharan Adhikari.

In case there is no Karya Adhikari in the Zila Panchayat, the Officer nominated by the Zila Panchayat for the purpose shall act as Kar Nirdharan Adhikari.
