Section 66: Finality of decisions of Tribunal.

The Uttar Pradesh Avas Evam Vikas Parishad Adhiniyam, 1965State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 1 of 1966

(1) An award of the Tribunal in a case relating to the acquisition of land under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (Act No. I of 1894), as modified by the Schedule to this Act, shall be deemed to be an award of the Curt under that Act and shall, subject to the provisions of Section 54 of that Act, be final.

(2) Any other decision of the Tribunal under this Act shall be final.
